Animations, lava death, secret doors and more!

Hello! Hope you all enjoyed playing Escape Hell because I have some more things I want too add and talk about! 

First, I've added animations for the lava and when you come in contact with lava now, you'll die. But the lava animation time is using the same timer as the booby-trap spikes are, as I can't seem to figure out how to separate the two. Secondly, I've added a secret door that can be unlocked with the keys, because I want to make multiple paths leading to the end. You'll see those unfinished paths in the game as it is currently. Lastly I put in signs that you can read for further clues.
